If you reading this are familiar with managing or even creating this kind of hardware and mixing it with software, I am really impressed by your knowledge first off!

And I hope you can help me obtain a device since I'm not able to make one myself. Basically I need a device that can pick up either a UHF(315 or 433 MHz) RFID signal or an LF signal (from 120 to 135 KHz), then save and re-send it again later as a clone! The priority goes to the UHF tho..

If you can help me get these things or if you are able to link me to some european/russian website that has that kind of hardware readytogo, that would also be nice! Maybe because you are very familiar with all of the names of the devices and what they do or whatever..
