Hello, regarding the PIC you want to use, I leave it for more experts.
On the circuit you present, it is important that you explain what you want to do.
I see that it is not complete. Please explain yourself and I will help you.

pic selection (by sanjay )
dear Lacin,
As MR.Joan sir, say please explain details what you want to do with input and output. do you want to make 8 inputs and 6 outputs PLC with LDMICRO?
PIC microcontroller selection depends on logic complecation and IO requirement.
Thanks with Regards,
SN

Dear, Giuseppe

for retentive variable you have to use Move instruction in LDMICRO. Try Move Instruction it will work.

Best Regards,
sanjay
