Uart communication is to connect the system to your pc.
The LED is to confirm that it started running the micro program. I forgot to say that the siren must stop when the operator starts the conveyor belt. Thank you

Attached your program as I see it.
You must use pushbuttons! easy for start stops Note, that you must set an OSF instruction between 2 serial outputs in the same rung, otherwise you get garbage on your display.
