Hello everyone got to know about LDmicro a few days ago. Tried a sample program for blinking led using pushbutton. Also a newbie to PLC and ladder logic but very much interested in learning it. I would like to add a few components such as a DPDT, an SPDT and a DPST switch to LDmicro. I couldn't find the advanced simultion dialogue through which it might be possible to add the components. I'd be thankful if someone with an experience of using LDmicro could point me in the right direction. I'm using LDmicro version 4.3.7.

Upgrade to V4.3.8.2
You dont need those new components, DPDT, SPDT and DPST are switches that can be programmed. You can make them with a single button, but first look at the Samples.zip attached and learn how to use a plc program. On the left, in the menu, you can find a tutorial. A forum is not the place for learning something but to help you if you have problems and always submit your LD programfile if you want help.

So I should directly download the source code(zip) along with
source code (tar.gz) to upgrade? Should I delete the previous versions of LDmicro?

Delete the previous version and download the new one.
You dont need the source code only the LDmicro.exe file that you can find in the build4382.zip file.
