perfect job (by taurai mirimi)
hie guys,

i have used ldmicro for my pic projects and for the first time i am able to programme a pic( pic16f73,f876, f886-traffic lights controller; f88,f819- electric gate controller).

for the record i wrote a code for f876 and i could burn it into the pic16f73 without a problem- the traffic light controller code

the program is perfect for me because i cant do c and i think i wont be able to learn c anyway. this is a good program for hobbyist and the like who have no programming backgroung

i have a worry: would ldmicro be available for long(50years plus), can really build commercial projects based on this nice software, would microchip not interested in this project(mplab with ldmicro embedded)

Thanks, I'm glad that you liked it.

Microchip has no involvement with this project. It's free software, though. So at least in theory, anyone could extend it to support whatever ICs are available fifty years from now.

Hello Taurai, I was also very happy when I found out LDmicro until I spent a few sleepless nights thinking of the right he could do, because like you I also would not be able to program in C or other more complex language. LDmicro today is part of my professional life, I make use of great software daily. see picture of some CLP I can build. Good luck to you.

Why not a jpg/gif/bmp format schematic, so we all can see the picture?

limits (by JOHN)
why do you have limits as a N.O ??? they should be N,C so that way if a limit fails the controller can not run with out being able to stop motion?????????????
