Adding ATmega328 (by PetrD)
After adding the ATmega328 to mcutable.h generated code does not work in AVR. HEX file is generated correctly, but after uploading the programmer to the processor does not work.
Can you please help.

HI I think you need to add bits to avr.cpp and change the number of mcu's

I hope the link I post http://cq.cx/ladder-forum.pl?action=viewthread&parent=3341 gives You some additional information and insight. I too would like to see more MCU options but am not clever enough to implement them ( on my own?). May be we can collaborate? Ziggy

Thank you for your support. The file is modified definition for the new processor. But after upload HEX file into the ATmega328 program does not work.

I would also like to implement more commonly used today Atmel AVR processor such as ATmega328, ATMEGA1280 and ATmega2560.

hi. to add new mcu is not easy..
atmega48,88,168,328 have different SFR position in memory. not only add new chip definition... you need set correct position .. then all will work good.. now I can compile source code then I try add this MCU to code ..but I don't have more free time.. look to this document: https://www.google.sk/url?q=ht...CNH_vU6BuKw_TEiPBvMx9qg5Nxv8Ag here you can see what are different.. if have more free time then I add new chip..
