Communication with LCD (by Evan Raftery)
I have connected a 16F887 to a crystalfontz CFA632 YFB KS display. Their is no display unless the two 5V supplies are connected and the data TX port of the 887 is connected to the data In terminal.
JPA has been solder jumpered and the dip switches are set for a baud of 4800. Unfortunately there is no display and am wondering if software related or if there is another procedure that has to be followed?
