Cant use pin 12 on 16f886 (by Olivier Quirion)
Hi i already ask this question but didnt get solution, on 16f886 i cant use pin 12 as regular output or input, (it does work in simulation) but doens't work on chip (ive tried several 16f886 chips) it only work if i use it as pwm output. If i replace 16f886 chip by 16f876 the pin 12 does work, so i think this is a bug in ldmicro not assigning right settings

I don't immediately see the problem. That pin is gated by the CCP2CON setting, but the default configuration of that register should leave RC1 as a GPIO, as desired.
And in the thread at http://cq.cx/ladder-forum.pl?action=viewthread&parent=1114 , someone reported that pin 12 on the 'F886 worked for them. Is the pin stuck low, high, or floating?
