Hi,
I have a problem with pwm on 16f88, is not working properl above 4.88 khz. Can help me anyone ? :)

I think you did something wrong.
Attached a program with the internal oscillator at 8MHz and a PWM frequency of 150KHz on RB3.

I found the problem, it was a hardware problem, one of the resistor of mosfet was broken. :D Anyway thank you for your time.
