Is it possible to change PWM frequency without changing program (like analog input to change frequency not cycle i can change that with inputs).

Only several predefined fixed frequencies can be set in the LD file.
https://github.com/LDmicro/LDmicro/wiki/RESET-PWM You can not get a smooth adjustment of the frequency.
