LDmicro 5301 SPI experience (by Ziggy)
Has anyone used SPI function in LDmicro5301 with ATmega 32?

Did you have to compile the ladder to C source file?

What problems did you have or hopefully how good an outcome did you experience?

Looking for SPI starting hints.

Hi Ziggy

For the time being SPI is not really usable with LdMicro 5.3.0.1 because SPI / I2C merging is still in progress with Ihor.
I hope a new fully working version (with required libraries and docs) will come soon.

You can use SPI / I2C with my ldmicro32 for the time being:
https://github.com/joegil95/LdMicro32
Read HowTo files to make it work.
It has been tested with AtMega16 and should work as well with AtMega32. I can help if need be.

Helo Jose,

Thanks for the offer of help.

I dont have a requirement presently although i have been thinking of using a maxim thermo couple interface chip running on SPI .
I wish i could find a similar single chip analog solution.
The latest offering from Maxim uses I2C interface ... same difference.
Let me think on this... You know how it goes.. procrastination solves everything... eventually.
