Internal oscillator problem (by Terry)

I have put a simple ld program into a 16f 628a and changed the config bits to run it with the internal oscillator but it does not run
I have attached photos of what I have done can anyone help please

The config bits must be set to 0x3F70 and not 0x3F62 as in your program.

Try the program attached.

A 16F628a has no 8MHz internal oscillator.
