2.3, released a few days ago. It's just bugfixes though, no new features over 2.2.

2.3 is available from the usual place, http://cq.cx/ladder.pl
I released 2.3 on Jan 2, 2016. So I'm not sure what you have from 2014, but it's not 2.3.

my bad, sorry for that, i just downloaded 2.3 ver. but i can´t find the .exe , again sorry for my ignorance, how could i run 2.3 ldmicro, thanks again.

Perhaps you've downloaded the source package instead of the binary? Just get ldmicro.exe (or the equivalent in your preferred language), which is always the latest version.
