HI the micro-controller is interfaced with a SR-latch cmos chip
because the pulse from the cnc controller is to short for the micro-controller to see. So the pulse sets the SR-latch and the micro-controller resets the SR-latch once the signal is registered. Please note this controller is no longer in use as i brought stepper drivers off aliexpress and only use the micro-controller to do stuff like the tool change etc. Kind Regards David
