I want to make 3 digit counter with count up,count down and reset,,,,i use atmega8,,,,anyone could provide ladder program for me and i will study for it,,,,thanks in advance

attach is the program i made....it is already start in 001 before i will press start button......can you edit my program ...i want to start it in 000 then if i will press start disply will 001

I don't see a startbutton, and i don't have a Atmega8.
I simulated your program and everything works. Maybe there is something wrong with your hardware, decoupling of the controller or the input is not defined (resistor to the ground).
