are we can use any pin as input or output of atemega128 like as pic877. pls help me . if there some restriction plese help me

Hello Ikram, I use ATmega128 some time. I've used all the "available" pins on LDmicro in many ways (as input or output) without any restriction. always watching:

thanks Magno for your reply . are you can upload the schematic max232 how conect with atmega. i m not confused its like only 2 wire conect r more than , i want u program it on circuit by max232.
are the rx and tx pin uneqe for max232 or we can use it as input or output at same time.

Hello, if I understand your question, you wonder if you can use the RX and TX pins as input and output, and these are used to programming "ISP". I have some models with CLP's this ATmega128 and using these pins as follows: Pin 02 = X14 (input) and pin 03 = Y15 (output). Besides being "ISP". believe it could be the reverse.
