Hi ONOSTECH, i have seen your video tutorials:

this are the 2 .bat files modified (buildAvr and flashMcu)

actually i found the generated HEX file inside AVRGCC\bin,IT WORKS even if it says:
avr-gcc.exe: fatal error: no input files compilation terminated.
