i am trying to control the relay for on delay and off delay timer, i have no idea for how calculate the 1,2, or 3 hour timer. please give the feed back to my problem. thanks.

use more counters .One for seconds ,one for minutes and one for houres .

It would be simpler to make an internal relay that oscillates at 1 Hz, and then clock a counter off that, as in the attachment.
