is this progrm can make forcomunication rs-232 to ethernet???

YES and NO
It may be achievable to build a program in Ldmicro to communicate over rs-232 and use a converter (rs-232 to ethernet) to use your microcontroller as a "serial over network device", but Ldmicro is not able to communicate directly over network hope this help
