Yeah you are right, but arduino nano has 2 more extra analog pins (A6 & A7) since it is TQFP

I like the 328 chip too.

May be we should put together a wish list of features the 328 should support and invite Ihor to implement them over a period of time with appropriate sponsorship of the 328 project.

As a starting point....

expose a high speed hardware counter... useful in many applications including a hardware based motion / PID controller.
