Dear sirs
in program settings to choose setting for pic16f877A there are two choices for pic16f877 40-DIP mentioned two times which one is fit for pic16f877A because this is led me to unstable program after installation with k150 pic programmer despite working well with simulator . thanks

I designed this circuit which works only when touching the chip with finger is that due to problem In chip or in the circuit I wonder what's the reason

You need more decoupling capacitors if you use relays.
Some resistors are too small.

Forgotten, a resistor of 10K on pin1 (MLCR) to the Vdd
