Configuration bits. (by Diego)
Hello,

My name is Diego and I need to know if it is posible to change the configuration bits in a command line? I use the microcontroller with internal osc, so the config word that I use is 3F10.
I prefer to change it in a command line because every time that a load the .hex I have to change it.
Thanks...

Dear Sir,
I have a hex file burnt using LDmicro. i am also using the default internal oscillator. is it possible to change the internal oscillator setting to 4MHz or any other value by altering the bits.
which Indicates the oscillator bits?
can u suggest
Thanks & regards

Try this one, I have changed adress 0X400E from E2 to E4 which uses the intern osc. of 4Mhz.

The datasheet says that you must choose another frequency via software, after a reset, the register is put back at 4MHz.

I hope it works.

Thanks sir,
It is working very well, but the 7segment display is shaky or vibrating. Is is possible to use internal oscillator at 8MHz.please help me
I am thankful for your all time support.

Have you changed the cycletime to 1mS?

If it's still shaky, try to change the cycletime, up or down.

8Mhz is not possible because you have to change the software of LDmicro.

sir I am already working on 1 millisecond cycle time . however I will check by increasing or decreasing the cycle time.
thanks for giving me a precious information.
once again I am thankful for your support.
