Circuit diagram (by Xiao Feng)
Dear Jonathan Westhues:
Hi! Now I want to make the PLC hardware by myself, could you offer the circuit diagram for one kind of AVR/PIC and attach one diagram accessory?
Thank you for always to help us.
Best wishes!

Which voltages You are planing to use for inputs.
If You want to isolate PIC then use optocouplers for inputs.
What kind of output: relay, solid state..

Hi,thank you.
I want the input and output which are independent.
The voltages can 5 / 12 / 24.
The output that I plan to use relay.
I think the PLC board is similar to the Siemens or Mitsubishi.

But the diagram I can't complete by myself, because I know about it little.

Best wishes!

Educative / productive Open Hardware + Free Software PLC (by DanielH)
@Jaime:

First of all: please, do not necro bump! The last message in this thread is nine years old!
It's always better to open a new thread...

Second, your question:

I don't know if http://www.meliksah.edu.tr/muzam/UZAM_PLC_with_PIC16F648A.htm project is still alive. I really doubt it.

But you can see my Open Hardware + Free Software PLC at https://osimplc.com .
It uses LDmicro as programming software, and various different softwares for machine-code serial transfer.

OSIMPLC is an educative project, but it can be also used to perform simple tasks in productive environments.
OSIMPLC has a PIC16F887 on board; and a new and more powerful replacement module, ATmega1284P based, is in beta stage.

Feel free to write to me via info at osimplc dot com. I speak spanish, so if you too, you can talk to me using a videoconference software like Jitsi Meet...

Best regards,
DanielH
