PLEASE I COULD NOT INSERT A COMMENT INTO A PROGRAM
WOULD YOU PLEASE SUPPORT MORE DESCRIPTION FOR ADDING COMMEMTS OR LABELS INTO PROGRAM ? TAHNX A LOT>

Starting from an empty rung, type a semi-colon (;) or choose Instruction -> Insert Comment. Then double-click the comment text to edit it.
The program starts (after File -> New) with a single empty rung; otherwise you can insert more empty rungs in the usual way, with Edit -> Insert Rung Before / After.
